ORDERING PROCEDURE:

It's very easy to place an order on our website. We accept all major credit cards. All you need is a free pay pal account. The plants are on the left hand side of this page. If you click the plants link it will bring up all of our plants or you can click on the individual categories. Once you have found your plant click on the picture and it will take you to the information page of that particular plant. From there you can choose the quantity that you would like and then click the add to cart button. Then you will be able to continue shopping for other plants. *Note your shopping cart is always at the top of every page on the right hand side. When you are finished adding items to your cart go back to your shopping cart and click on proceed to check out. Now enter your billing and shipping information. Once you have entered that information click next. Click next again and then confirm your order by clicking finish. This takes you to a secure pay pal server to confirm your payment to pondsandplants@bellsouth.net. Sign into your paypal account and click pay now. Once you have paid please let paypal redirect you back to pondsnplants.com in order for us to receive your order.

PACKAGING PROCEDURE:

Less than 1 gallon size pots will ship with the plants in the pots with soil wrapped in plastic with wet newspaper inside the box. 1 gallon size pots and greater will not ship in the pot.

SHIPPING PROCEDURE:

All of our plants are shipped priority mail unless otherwise requested. Priority mail usually only takes 2-3 days and is the best option for shipping some of our more delicate plants. We ship orders out Monday through Wednesday in order to minimize the chance of plants getting stuck somewhere over the weekend.
